We were honored to be part of the 2018 Parade of Homes in the Nordic Ridge subdivision in Stoughton, WI. Our design for this Parade Home featured prairie style architecture highlighting contemporary details and materials with durable siding and stone masonry. Dark windows and trim provide a sharp contrast and give the house great curb appeal on a lot that is sited on a prominent corner in the subdivision. The entry leads into the open concept kitchen, dining and great room creating a spacious gathering spot for entertaining and conveniently connects to the spacious three season porch and open deck space on the exterior. Located off the three-car garage is a large laundry room, mudroom, drop-zone that is easily organized with built-in lockers. The second level includes a master suite, 2 bedrooms with a bathroom and flex space. A fully exposed lower level features a large recreation room, wet bar and golf simulation room. The living space below continues to the exterior with a large patio space complete with a fire pit that overlooks Stoughton’s newest public park.

Energy efficiency is a top priority for our projects and we build every home with materials proven to stand the test of time!
