The Design Build Process
What is design build? This is a question that often comes up when we begin working with a new client. At DK Design Build, our approach to design build consists of a process in which the designer and contractor are part of the same team and working together on a project from initial planning through completion. It is essentially a one-stop-shop for a seamless and hassle-free home building experience. Our entire team is fully invested in seeing the design vision realized in full, down to the smallest detail. Why is this important for your project?
Single point of communication for the homeowner
With the designer and contractor wearing the same hat, you don’t need to go out and source someone to draw your plans and then later find a contractor to build your project for the budget you’ve set out to meet
